Step 1

Faites cuire les œufs 6 minutes dans une casserole d'eau bouillante. Une fois cuits, plongez-les dans de l'eau froide pour stopper la cuisson. Enlevez la coquille délicatement. Réservez.

Duck gizzards (vacuum-packed refrigerated)

En parallèle, faites chauffer une poêle, sur feu moyen. Ajoutez les gésiers et faites-les revenir 8 à 10 minutes.

Pendant ce temps, lavez puis coupez les extrémités des courgettes. Coupez-les ensuite en tagliatelles, à l'aide d'un économe.

Servez la salade dans une assiette creuse, avec les tagliatelles de courgettes et les gésiers. Re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts et ajoutez l'œuf mollet coupé en deux sur le dessus. Parsemez de graines de sésame, si vous en avez. C'est prêt !
