Shallot

Step 1

Épluchez puis coupez les échalotes en rondelles fines.

Sun-dried tomatoes

Égouttez puis coupez les tomates séchées en petits morceaux.

Step 3

Faites chauffer un filet d'huile d'olive dans une poêle, sur feu moyen. Ajoutez la galette puis cassez l'œuf sur la galette. Salez et poivrez.

Faites cuire l'œuf 2 à 3 minutes en l'étalant délicatement à la spatule pour recouvrir la galette.

Découpez la galette d'un bord jusqu'au centre.
