Salade automnale au poulet & parmesan

Step 1
Coupez le poulet en morceaux.

Step 2
Faites chauffer un filet d'huile d'olive dans une poêle, sur feu moyen. Ajoutez le poulet et l'ail râpé. Faites-les revenir 4 à 5 minutes, en mélangeant.

Pendant ce temps, lavez puis coupez les pommes en fines lamelles.

Step 4
Épluchez puis coupez les oignons rouges en fines lamelles.

Step 5
Concassez grossièrement les noisettes, si vous en avez.


Step 6
Servez la salade dans une assiette, avec les pommes, le poulet grillé, les copeaux de parmesan et les oignons rouges. Parsemez de noisettes concassées et re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts. C'est prêt !
