Coupez le butternut en cubes.

Dans un plat à gratin, ajoutez le butternut, les oignons, les céréales, les épinards et les saucisses.

Ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive, salez, poivrez et mélangez.

Enfournez 20 minutes à 200°C.
