Butternut squash

Step 1

Coupez le butternut en cubes.

Dans le bol Cookeo, ajoutez au moins 150 ml d'eau par personne, les céréales et le butternut en cubes. Lancez la cuisson sous pression pendant 8 minutes.

Andouille sausage (smoked)

Coupez les saucisses en tranches.

Coupez les oignons rouges en quartiers

Ajoutez les épinards dans le Cookeo et continuez la cuisson sous pression pendant 2 minutes. Égouttez le tout.
