Step 1

Pelez les échalotes, coupez-les en 4, ajoutez-les dans le bol inox. Lancez le programme expert, 4 minutes/vitesse 2A/110°C.

Step 2

Appuyez sur pulse pendant une dizaine de seconde pour mixer les échalotes. Raclez les parois et ajoutez une noisette de beurre.

White wine

Step 3

Ajoutez le riz dans le bol inox et relancez le programme expert, 4 minutes/vitesse 2A/110°C. Après 2 minutes, ajoutez le vin blanc par l'ouverture.

Vegetable bouillon (cube)

Step 4

À la fin du programme, ajoutez 200 ml d'eau/personne, le cube de bouillon, les asperges épluchées et coupées en tronçons, sel et poivre. Lancez le programme expert, 18 minutes/vitesse 2A/100°C.

Parmesan (grated)

Step 5

À la fin du programme, ajoutez le parmesan dans le bol inox. Lancez le programme expert 2 minutes/vitesse 2A/100°C.

Step 6

Servez le risotto dans les assiettes, salez, poivrez, c'est prêt !
