Step 1

Épluchez et émincez les échalotes. Ajoutez-les dans le Cookeo avec un filet d'huile d'olive. Lancez la cuisson en mode dorer pendant 2 minutes.

Ajoutez le riz et le vin blanc. Continuez la cuisson en mode dorer pendant 2 minutes.

Versez le bouillon de légumes et 25cl d'eau par personne. Lancez la cuisson sous pression pendant 15 minutes.

Coupez les champignons en tranches et émincez l'ail. Faites-les revenir 10 minutes avec un peu de beurre dans une poêle.
