Step 5
Add the stock and cook for 10 minutes/100°C/reverse direction/speed 1.
Step 6
Pendant ce temps, faites dorer les noisettes 3 minutes à feu vif dans une poêle puis concassez-les.
Step 7
Once the rice is cooked, season with salt and pepper and mix for 30 seconds/reverse direction/speed 2.
