Step 1

Remplissez le Thermomix d'eau. Ajoutez le potimarron en cubes dans le Varoma. Lancez la cuisson 15 min / Varoma / vitesse 1.

Une fois le potimarron cuit, réservez-le et videz le Thermomix.

Place the peeled shallots in the Thermomix, mix 5 seconds/speed 5. Scrape the sides with a spatula, then add a drizzle of olive oil and the diced pumpkin, cook for 3 minutes/100°C/reverse direction/speed 1.

Add the rice, the white wine and brown for 5 minutes/120°C/reverse direction/speed 1.
