Thermomix
Step 1
Lavez épluchez et coupez les carottes en rondelles. Remplir le bol du Thermomix d'eau et ajoutez le panier cuisson avec les carottes. Lancez la cuisson 15 min / 100°C / vitesse 1.
Step 2
Wash the vegetables, cut the carrots and leeks into rings, and the mushrooms into thin slices.
Step 3
Videz le bol du Thermomix puis ajoutez les carottes (cuites), les champignons et les poireaux. Laissez cuire 3 min / 120°C / sens inverse / vitesse Mijotage.
Step 4
Ajoutez ensuite le fond de veau, 100 g d'eau par personne, salez, poivrez et cuire 10 minutes/100°C/sens inverse/vitesse mijotage.
Step 5
Cuire le riz selon les instructions de préparation. Égouttez en fin de cuisson
Step 6
Ajoutez ensuite les crevettes et la crème dans le bol et poursuivre la cuisson 2 minutes/100°C/sens inverse/vitesse mijotage.
Step 7
Une fois la cuisson de la blanquette terminée, servir avec le riz. C'est prêt !
