Lavez épluchez et coupez les carottes en rondelles. Remplir le bol du Thermomix d'eau et ajoutez le panier cuisson avec les carottes. Lancez la cuisson 15 min / 100°C / vitesse 1.

Videz le bol du Thermomix puis ajoutez les carottes (cuites), les champignons et les poireaux. Laissez cuire 3 min / 120°C / sens inverse / vitesse Mijotage.
