Cherry tomatoes

Step 1

Préchauffez le four à 180°C. Lavez puis coupez les tomates cerises en deux.

Préparez l'appareil à quiche. Dans un saladier, ajoutez : les œufs, le lait et la crème. Salez, poivrez puis fouettez le tout.

Buckwheat galette

Huilez le fond (ou ajoutez du papier cuisson) d'un moule à gâteau rond (le nôtre fait 23 cm de diamètre), puis disposez deux galettes bretonnes dans le fond du moule.

Ajoutez les tomates cerises. Salez, poivrez et versez l'appareil à quiche par-dessus.

Step 5

Ajoutez les tranches de jambon cru, le pesto et la mozzarella râpée sur le dessus. Enfournez 35 à 40 minutes à 180°C.

Une fois bien dorée et cuite, sortez la quiche au sarrasin du four. Servez-la avec une salade verte assaisonnée selon vos goûts. C'est prêt !
