Step 1

Lavez puis coupez les champignons en lamelles.

Faites chauffer un filet d'huile d'olive dans une poêle, sur feu moyen. Ajoutez les champignons. Salez, poivrez et faites-les revenir 5 minutes. Réservez.

En fin de cuisson, une fois la polenta légèrement épaissie, ajoutez le comté râpé et une noisette de beurre. Mélangez bien, puis réserver hors du feu.
