Step 1

Faites chauffer une casserole, sur feu moyen. Ajoutez les lardons. Faites-les revenir 5 minutes, en mélangeant, jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient bien dorés.

Vegetable bouillon (cube)

Step 2

Ajoutez ensuite les petits pois, les crozets, le bouillon cube et 250 ml d'eau chaude par personne. Mélangez et poursuivez la cuisson 15 minutes, sur feu moyen, en mélangeant de temps en temps.

Crème fraîche
Parmesan (grated)

Step 3

Au bout de 15 minutes de cuisson, ajoutez la crème et le parmesan. Salez, poivrez et mélangez à nouveau.

Servez le one pot de crozets aux petits pois & lardons dans une assiette creuse ou un bol. Parsemez de parmesan, s'il vous en reste, et re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts. C'est prêt !
