Step 1
Préchauffez le four à 200°C. Lavez puis coupez les courgettes en très fines lamelles, à l'aide d'un économe.



Step 2
Sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson, ajoutez la pinsa. Étalez la crème sur le dessus, puis ajoutez les courgettes en lamelles et des cuillerées de ricotta. Salez, poivrez et ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive. Enfournez 6 à 7 minutes à 200°C.

Une fois la pinsa bien dorée, sortez la plaque du four. Servez la pinsa ricotta & courgettes dans une assiette avec une salade verte assaisonnée selon vos goûts. C'est prêt !
