Step 1
Préchauffez le four à 200°C. Lavez la patate douce puis découpez-la en grosses rondelles.

Découpez le chèvre en rondelles.

Sur une plaque huilée ou recouverte de papier cuisson, disposez les rondelles de patate douce. Ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive, salez, poivrez, puis enfournez pour 15 minutes de cuisson à 200°C.

Une fois que les patates douces sont cuites, ajoutez les rondelles de chèvre sur les patates douces, un filet de miel, puis le romarin et les noix. Enfournez à nouveau pour 5 à 10 minutes de cuisson à 200°C.
Step 5
Dans une assiette creuse, ajoutez la salade, les patates douces rôties puis assaisonnez selon vos goûts. C'est prêt !
