Step 1

Préchauffez le four à 200°C. Lavez la patate douce puis découpez-la en grosses rondelles.

Découpez le chèvre en rondelles.

Sur une plaque huilée ou recouverte de papier cuisson, disposez les rondelles de patate douce. Ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive, salez, poivrez, puis enfournez pour 15 minutes de cuisson à 200°C.
