Step 1

Préchauffez le four à 180°C. Épluchez et émincez finement l'échalote.

Détaillez le pain de mie en gros morceaux.

Parsley (fresh)

Step 3

Dans le bol du mixeur, ajoutez tous les ingrédients. Salez et poivrez puis mixez jusqu'à obtenir une préparation homogène.

Répartissez la préparation dans un moule à cake (le notre fait 29 x 10 cm) recouvert d'un papier cuisson ou préalablement beurré puis enfournez 35 à 40 minutes.
