Step 1
Préchauffez le four à 200°C. Sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson, ajoutez les légumes. Assaisonnez d'un petit filet d'huile d'olive et d'herbes de Provence. Salez, poivrez et mélangez bien le tout. Enfournez 15 minutes à 200°C.

Pendant ce temps, coupez les saucisses en rondelles.

Préparez la sauce à la moutarde. Dans un bol, mélangez : la crème fraîche et la moutarde à l'ancienne.
Step 4
Au bout de 15 minutes, sortez la plaque du four. Ajoutez les rondelles de saucisses et re-enfournez 10 minutes à 200°C.
Step 5
Une fois les légumes et les saucisses dorés et cuits à cœur, sortez le plat du four. Servez le one pan de légumes & saucisses fumées dans une assiette avec la sauce à la moutarde. Re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts, c'est prêt !
