Step 1
Dans un bol, cassez les œufs. Salez, poivrez et fouettez-les, à l'aide d'une fourchette.
Step 2
Faites chauffer un filet d'huile d'olive dans une poêle, sur feu moyen. Versez les œufs dans la poêle, puis laissez-les cuire 3 à 4 minutes.


Step 3
Une fois le dessous de l'omelette bien doré, ajoutez le kiri et le jambon cru déchiré en morceaux sur l'omelette. Pliez-la en deux.

Step 4
Servez l'omelette crémeuse au prosciutto dans une assiette avec la salade verte assaisonnée selon vos goûts. C'est prêt !
