Step 1
Préchauffez le four à 200°C. Sur une plaque allant au four, ajoutez les tranches de pain. Une fois dorés, sortez-les du four.

Pendant ce temps, dans un bol, mélangez : le fromage frais, le zeste et le jus de citron. Salez et poivrez.


Step 3
Étalez le mélange fromage frais/citron dessus puis ajoutez le blanc de poulet et les tomates séchées.


Step 4
Servez les bruschettas poulet, fromage frais & tomates séchées dans une assiette avec la salade verte assaisonnée d'un filet d'huile d'olive et de crème balsamique. C'est prêt !
