White asparagus (canned)

Step 1

Préchauffez le four à 210°C. Égouttez les asperges.

Butter (unsalted)
Flour (all-purpose)

Step 2

Préparez la béchamel : dans une casserole, ajoutez le beurre et faites-le fondre à feu doux. Ajoutez la farine et mélangez rapidement.

Milk (whole)

Step 3

Ajoutez progressivement le lait en mélangeant jusqu'à obtenir une texture de pâte à crêpes un peu épaisse. Salez, poivrez et mélangez. (optionnel : vous pouvez ajouter de la muscade râpée à votre béchamel). Réservez.

Ham (deli slices)

Step 4

Déposez 3-4 asperges (selon la taille) sur une tranche de jambon, puis roulez le tout. Répétez l'opération puis ajoutez les asperges roulées dans un plat à gratin.

Step 5

Nappez ensuite avec la béchamel.

Shredded cheese

Step 6

Parsemez de fromage râpé et poivrez.

Step 7

Gratinez pendant 15 minutes au four à 210°C. C'est prêt !
