Step 1

Coupez les tranches végé en fines lamelles.

Buckwheat galette

Step 2

Faites fondre une noisette de beurre dans une crêpière ou une grande poêle, sur feu moyen. Déposez-y la galette au sarrasin.

Parsemez la galette de fromage râpé, puis cassez l'œuf au centre, en veillant à ne pas casser le jaune. Salez et poivrez.

Quand le blanc de l'œuf commence à être cuit, ajoutez les lamelles de tranches végé et parsemez à nouveau de fromage râpé.
