Des filets de cabillaud à la chair fine enrobés d’une chapelure croustillante... Ce tacos irrésistible régalera petits et grands !
Stovetop, Frying pan
Step 1
Lavez et émincez très finement le chou rouge.
Step 2
Préparez la sauce : dans un bol ajoutez le yaourt, le citron, salez, poivrez et mélangez. Râpez quelques zestes de citron et mélangez à nouveau.
Step 3
Dans une poêle, ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive puis faites cuire les filets de poissons panés selon les indications du paquet soit environ 5 minutes de chaque côté.
Step 4
Retirez la peau de l'avocat et coupez-le en tranches fines.
Step 5
Coupez les poissons en 2 dans le sens de la diagonale.
Step 6
Réchauffez les tortillas au micro-ondes ou à la poêle. Garnissez-les ensuite avec la sauce yaourt/citron, le chou rouge, l'avocat et les poissons panés. C'est prêt !
