Escalope panée, riz & ratatouille

Stovetop, Pot (small) and Frying pan.
Recipe

Step 1
Faites chauffer un filet d'huile d'olive dans une poêle, sur feu moyen. Ajoutez l'escalope et faites-la dorer 3 minutes sur chaque face, jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit bien dorée.

Step 2
En parallèle, réchauffez la ratatouille selon les instructions du paquet au micro-ondes ou dans une casserole, sur feu moyen.

Step 3
Réchauffez le riz selon les instructions du paquet.

Step 4
Servez le riz dans une assiette avec l'escalope milanaise et la ratatouille. Ajoutez le persil ciselé sur le dessus, si vous en avez. Re-assaisonnez le tout selon vos goûts, c'est prêt !
