Step 1
Dice the onion.
Step 2
Chop the feta into cubes.
Step 3
Pour the tomatoes into a hot frying pan and cook for 5 minutes. Optional: add some Tabasco
Step 4
Add the tortilla chips to the sauce and let them absorb it. Once all the sauce has been absorbed, put the chips into a dish.
Step 5
Add a bit of olive oil to the same frying pan and fry the egg for 3-4 minutes.
Step 6
Serve the egg on top of the tortilla chips, topping with the feta, onion, and crème fraîche. Optional: add some cilantro leaves.
