Cauliflower (fresh)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 230°C. Wash & cut the broccoli into florets. Slice the larger florets in half & the stem into small cubes. Fill the Thermomix with water.

Step 2

Add the cauliflower in the Varoma. Place the Varoma on the Thermomix and cook 15 min / Varoma / speed 1.

Step 3

Once cooked through, drain the cauliflower.

Gorgonzola

Step 4

In a oven safe dish, add the cauliflower and pieces of gorgonzola.

Heavy cream
Walnuts

Step 5

Add the cream and roughly chopped hazelnuts. Season to taste.

Step 6

Bake for 15 minutes at 230°C until the top is nice and golden brown. Enjoy !
