Lavez puis coupez les tomates en tranches.

Mozzarella (fresh)

Coupez la mozzarella en tranches.

Burger bun

Step 3

Faites fondre une noisette de beurre dans une poêle, sur feu moyen. Ajoutez les pains burger côté mie et faites-les toaster 2 minutes. Réservez.

Minced veal

Step 4

Dans la même poêle, faites chauffer un filet d'huile d'olive. Ajoutez-y le haché de veau. Salez, poivrez et faites-le revenir 5 à 6 minutes, en le retournant à mi-cuisson.

Step 5

Garnissez vos pains burger en tartinant la base de caviar de tomates séchées. Disposez le haché de veau par-dessus, suivi des rondelles de tomate, de la mozzarella et de la roquette. Ajoutez un filet de crème balsamique, puis refermez le burger. C'est prêt !
