Step 1
Préchauffez le four à 200°C. Lavez puis coupez les champignons en lamelles.


Step 2
Sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson, ajoutez la pinsa. Étalez la crème sur le dessus.


Step 3
Parsemez de comté râpé puis ajoutez les champignons et le blanc de poulet déchiré en morceaux. Poivrez puis enfournez 8 à 10 minutes à 200°C.

Step 4
Une fois le fromage fondu et bien doré, sortez la plaque du four. Servez la pinsa poulet, champignons & comté dans une assiette avec une salade verte assaisonnée selon vos goûts. Parsemez de ciboulette ciselée, si vous en avez. C'est prêt !
