Step 1
Faites bouillir de l'eau chaude. Dans un bol, mélangez la semoule avec du sel, du poivre et un filet d'huile d'olive. Versez ensuite par-dessus le même volume de semoule en eau, couvrez et laissez gonfler 5 minutes. Mélangez bien ensuite.
Step 2
Pendant ce temps, faites réchauffer la ratatouille à la casserole ou au micro-ondes.
Step 3
En parallèle, faites chauffer une poêle avec un filet d'huile d'olive. Faites cuire le cabillaud 2 minutes sur chaque face. Salez et poivrez. (Si vous utilisez des pavés de cabillaud surgelés, faites-les décongeler au préalable).
Step 4
Servez la semoule, la ratatouille et le cabillaud dans une assiette. Optionnel : ajoutez quelques feuilles de basilic si vous en avez. C'est prêt !
