Bulgur wheat

Step 1

Dans une casserole d'eau bouillante, ajoutez une pincée de sel. Faites cuire le boulgour selon les instructions de préparation du paquet. Une fois le boulgour cuit, égouttez-le.

Ratatouille (canned)

Step 2

Pendant ce temps, réchauffez la ratatouille à la casserole ou au micro-ondes.

Salmon (fresh)

Step 3

Dans une poêle bien chaude, ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive. Ajoutez le saumon puis laissez-le cuire 6 minutes côté peau.

Step 4

Retournez le saumon et laissez cuire 1 minute. Salez, poivrez puis faites-le cuire encore 1 minute sur chaque côté.

Dans une assiette, ajoutez : le boulgour, la ratatouille et le saumon. (Optionnel : ajoutez quelques feuilles de basilic si vous en avez). C'est prêt !
