Step 1
Préchauffez le four à 200°C. Préparez la purée. Dans une casserole, ajoutez 85 ml d'eau par personne et le lait. Salez, poivrez et portez à ébullition.

Retirez la casserole du feu, attendez 2 minutes puis ajoutez les flocons de purée en remuant. Laissez reposer quelques instants. Ajoutez une noisette de beurre, si vous le souhaitez.

Step 3
Pendant ce temps, lavez puis hachez finement le persil, si vous en avez.


Step 4
Dans un saladier, mélangez : la purée de pommes de terre, le thon, l'ail râpé et le persil. Salez et poivrez.

Step 5
Dans un plat allant au four (le nôtre fait 24 x 17 cm), ajoutez la brandade en l'étalant uniformément. Parsemez de chapelure et enfournez 20 minutes à 200°C.
Step 6
Une fois bien dorée, sortez la brandade de thon du four et servez-la avec une salade verte assaisonnée selon vos goûts. C'est prêt !
