Avocado

Step 1

Coupez l'avocat en deux, retirez la peau puis coupez-le en cubes.

Lavez puis coupez les tomates en cubes.

Faites chauffer un filet d'huile d'olive dans une poêle, sur feu moyen. Ajoutez les crevettes et le paprika. Salez et poivrez. Faites-les revenir 3 à 4 minutes, en mélangeant, jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient dorées.
