Step 1
Dans une casserole d'eau bouillante salée, faites cuire le riz selon les instructions du paquet. En fin de cuisson, égouttez-le.

Step 2
Pendant ce temps, lavez puis émincez finement le chou rouge.

Épluchez puis râpez les carottes.

Step 4
Coupez l'avocat en deux, retirez la peau et coupez-le en cubes.

Préparez la sauce. Dans un bol, mélangez : le yaourt grec, le miel et le jus de citron. Salez et poivrez.

Step 6
Dans une poêle chaude, ajoutez les chèvres panés. Faites-les griller 2 minutes sur chaque face, jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient dorés.
Step 7
Servez le riz dans une assiette creuse avec les carottes râpées, le chou rouge, les chèvres panés, l'avocat et la sauce au yaourt. Re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts. C'est prêt !
