Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C. Blend the bananas, eggs, and melted butter for 30 seconds on speed 5.

Flour (all-purpose)
Raw cane sugar
Almond flour
Baking powder

Step 2

Next, add the flour, sugar*, powdered almonds, baking powder or baking soda, and a pinch of salt. Mix for 30 seconds on speed 4. *Check out our tips for this step

Step 3

Butter your baking pan and pour the dough into it. (Optional: Personalize your banana bread by adding chocolate chips, walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, or a banana cut in half on top for decoration.)

Step 4

Bake for 50 minutes. Use a sharp knife to check that it's done cooking. Serve cold or at room temperature, and it's even better the next day! Enjoy!
