Step 1

Dans une casserole d'eau bouillante salée, faites cuire les pâtes selon les instructions du paquet. En fin de cuisson, égouttez puis rincez-les à l'eau froide pour stopper la cuisson.

Pendant ce temps, lavez puis coupez les tomates cerises en deux.

Dans un saladier, mélangez : les tortellini, les tomates cerises, la roquette, les allumettes de jambon, les dés de fromage frais, un filet d'huile d'olive et la crème balsamique. Salez et poivrez.
