Step 1

Égouttez puis coupez la mozzarella en rondelles.

Tomato purée

Prenez la tortilla et étalez la sauce tomate dessus. Ajoutez ensuite la mozzarella et poivrez.

Disposez la tortilla dans le panier du air-fryer, avec la grille. Faites-la cuire au air-fryer 5 minutes à 180°C.
