Step 1

Lavez puis coupez les champignons en tranches.

Faites chauffer une poêle avec un filet d'huile d'olive, puis faites cuire les champignons pendant 4 minutes. Salez et poivrez.

En parallèle, faites bouillir une casserole d'eau et faites cuire les œufs pendant 6 minutes. Plongez-les immédiatement dans l'eau froide une fois la cuisson terminée, pour stopper la cuisson. Mettez-les de côté.
