Burger champignons, cheddar & roquette

Step 1
Lavez puis émincez les champignons en tranches.

Step 2
Dans une poêle, ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive puis faites cuire les champignons pendant 7 minutes. Salez et poivrez.

Step 3
Pendant ce temps, faites cuire un œuf au plat. Salez et poivrez. Débarrassez.

Step 4
Dans la même poêle, ajoutez une noisette de beurre puis faites toaster les pains à burger pour qu'ils soient bien dorés.

Step 5
Commencez le montage des burgers : tartinez la face intérieure du pain avec une cuillère à soupe de crème fraîche, salez et poivrez.




Step 6
Ajoutez une tranche de cheddar, de la roquette, les champignons grillés, l'œuf au plat et une deuxième tranche de cheddar puis refermez le burger. C'est prêt !
