Step 1
Faites chauffer un filet d'huile d'olive dans une poêle, sur feu moyen. Ajoutez les pommes grenaille et les herbes de Provence. Salez, poivrez et faites les revenir 8 à 10 minutes, jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient bien dorées.

En parallèle, faites chauffer un filet d'huile d'olive dans une seconde poêle, sur feu vif. Ajoutez les steaks hachés. Salez et poivrez. Faites-les cuire 2 à 3 minutes sur chaque face.


Step 3
Pendant ce temps, préparez la vinaigrette. Dans un bol, mélangez : la moutarde, le vinaigre balsamique et une cuillère à soupe d'huile d'olive par personne. Salez et poivrez.

Step 4
Servez le steak haché dans une assiette avec les pommes grenaille et la salade verte assaisonnée de vinaigrette. C'est prêt !
