Step 1

Coupez les extrémités des poireaux pour ne garder que le blanc, puis coupez-les en demi-lunes de 1 à 2 cm. Placez-les dans une passoire et rincez abondamment pour retirer les impuretés.

Faites chauffer un filet d'huile d'olive dans une casserole, sur feu moyen. Ajoutez les poireaux et faites-les revenir 3 à 4 minutes. Salez et poivrez.

Ajoutez les lardons. Poursuivez la cuisson 2 à 3 minutes, en mélangeant.

Chicken bouillon (cube)

Versez le bouillon dissout dans 200 ml d'eau par personne et mélangez.

Pasta (vermicelli)

Ajoutez ensuite les pâtes vermicelles. Mélangez à nouveau et poursuivez la cuisson 2 à 3 minutes.

Ricotta cheese

Step 6

Servez le bouillon de vermicelles dans un bol ou une assiette creuse. Ajoutez une quenelle de ricotta et re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts. C'est prêt !
