Step 1

Place the grated garlic and minced onion in the Digicook's bowl with a drizzle of olive oil, then chop 5 sec / speed 5. Scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula.

Carrots (fresh)

Step 2

Wash, peel and cut the carrots into small cubes (about 1cm). Add them to the bowl and cook for 6 min / 120°C / reverse direction / speed 1.

Step 3

Add 200ml of water per person, the broth and the quinoa. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes / 100°C / reverse direction / speed 1.
