Air fryer
Step 1
Concassez les noix grossièrement.
Step 2
Préparez la garniture. Dans un bol, mélangez : le chèvre frais, les noix concassées et le miel. Salez et poivrez.

Coupez les feuilles de bricks en deux. Utilisez une feuille pour deux samoussas.

Prenez une demi-feuille de brick et huilez-la légèrement. Pliez-la en deux dans la longueur. Divisez la farce pour que vous en ayez suffisamment pour faire vos samoussas : 3 par personne. Ajoutez un peu de farce sur un bord de la demi-feuille de brick.
Step 5
Rabattez le coin supérieur de la feuille vers le bas pour former un triangle. Renouvelez le geste consistant à reporter successivement le triangle de bas en haut et de haut en bas. Recommencez autant de fois que de bricks nécessaires.
Step 6
Disposez les samoussas dans le panier du air-fryer avec la grille. Faites-les cuire au air-fryer 7 minutes à 200°C.

Pendant ce temps, préparez la sauce au yaourt. Dans un bol, mélangez : le yaourt grec, la ciboulette ciselée et un filet d'huile d'olive. Salez et poivrez.

Une fois les samoussas dorés et croustillants, sortez-les du air-fryer. Servez-les dans une assiette avec la salade verte assaisonnée selon vos goûts et la sauce au yaourt. C'est prêt !
