Step 1

Si vos légumes sont frais, équeutez les haricots verts et videz les petits pois. Si vous avez de grosses pommes de terre, coupez-les en 2 ou en 3.

Fingerling potatoes

Step 2

Placez les pommes de terre dans le panier vapeur. Ajoutez 200 ml d'eau minimum dans le Cookeo et ajoutez le panier vapeur. Lancez la cuisson sous pression pendant 20 minutes.

Step 3

Après 10 minutes de cuisson, ajoutez les haricots verts, les petits pois et laissez le tout cuire 10 minutes. Égouttez les légumes en fin de cuisson.
