Step 1

Dans une casserole d’eau bouillante salée, faites cuire le riz selon les instructions du paquet. Égouttez-le en fin de cuisson. Réservez.

Pendant ce temps, épluchez puis coupez l'oignon rouge en demi lunes.

Lavez puis coupez le concombre en rondelles.

Lavez puis coupez les tomates cerises en quartiers.

Égouttez puis coupez la feta en gros cubes.

Dans un saladier, déposez : le riz, les tomates cerises, le concombre, la feta, les olives et les oignons. Assaisonnez d'un filet d'huile d'olive, de sel et de poivre, puis mélangez le tout. Ajoutez quelques feuilles de basilic, si vous en avez. C'est prêt !
