Step 1

Dans une casserole d’eau bouillante salée, faites cuire les pâtes selon les instructions du paquet. En fin de cuisson, égouttez-les.

Pendant ce temps, lavez puis coupez les tomates séchées en fines lamelles.

Step 3

Préparez la vinaigrette. Dans un bol, mélangez : le vinaigre balsamique avec le pesto. Poivrez.

Dans une assiette, ajoutez les pâtes refroidies, les tomates séchées et les billes de mozzarella. Arrosez le tout de vinaigrette et ajoutez quelques feuilles de basilic, si vous en avez. Mélangez et servez. C'est prêt !
