Step 1

Préchauffez le four à 200°C. Coupez le chèvre en rondelles.

Disposez les toasts sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson. Tartinez-les de confiture de figues, puis ajoutez le chèvre par-dessus. Enfournez 5-6 minutes à 200°C, jusqu'à ce que le fromage fonde légèrement.

Pendant ce temps, faites griller les lardons sur feu vif pendant 3 minutes.

Une fois le fromage fondu, sortez les toasts du four.
