Le fameux risotto aux coquillettes revisité aux couleurs printanières !

Step 1
Faites revenir les lardons dans une casserole pendant 5 minutes jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient bien dorés.
Step 2
Ajoutez ensuite dans la même casserole les coquillettes crues, les petits pois surgelés, le bouillon cube et environ 20 cl d'eau par personne. Mélangez, couvrez puis laissez mijoter environ 15 minutes.
Step 3
Au bout des 15 minutes, ajoutez la crème fraîche et le parmesan puis mélangez bien.
Step 4
Servez et re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts. C'est prêt !
