Step 1

Dans une casserole chaude, sur feu moyen, ajoutez les lardons. Faites-les revenir 5 minutes, en mélangeant, jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient bien dorés.

Chicken bouillon (cube)

Step 2

Ajoutez les coquillettes crues, les petits pois surgelés, le bouillon cube et environ 200 ml d'eau par personne. Mélangez, puis couvrez et laissez mijoter 15 minutes, en mélangeant de temps en temps.

Parmesan (grated)

Step 3

Au bout des 15 minutes, ajoutez la crème fraîche et le parmesan râpé. Mélangez bien.

Servez le risotto dans une assiette creuse et parsemez de parmesan râpé. C'est prêt !
