Step 1
Faites bouillir 25cl d'eau par personne et y dissoudre le bouillon de légumes.

Dans une casserole, ajoutez les échalotes avec une noisette de beurre. Faites-les revenir 1 minute avant d'ajouter le riz. Ajoutez le vin et laissez cuire jusqu'à absorption.
