Vegetable bouillon (cube)

Step 1

Faites bouillir 25cl d'eau par personne et y dissoudre le bouillon de légumes.

Épluchez et hachez les échalotes.

Dans une casserole, ajoutez les échalotes avec une noisette de beurre. Faites-les revenir 1 minute avant d'ajouter le riz. Ajoutez le vin et laissez cuire jusqu'à absorption.

Ajoutez une louche de bouillon. Couvrez et laissez le bouillon s'évaporer puis rajoutez ensuite une nouvelle louche.

Une fois cuit, ajoutez les épinards frais et mélangez.

Ajoutez le parmesan, le chèvre, salez, poivrez et mélangez.
