Step 1
Dans une poêle bien chaude, ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive et les tomates cerises. Option : parsemez d'herbes de Provence si vous en avez. Salez, poivrez, puis laissez cuire 3 minutes à feu vif. Couvrez la poêle et continuez la cuisson 5 minutes à feu doux.

Pendant ce temps, dans un bol, ajoutez la ricotta et l'ail râpé. Ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive, salez et poivrez. Mélangez le tout vivement jusqu'à obtenir une texture onctueuse.

Réchauffez le quinoa selon les instructions du paquet.
Step 4
Enlevez les tomates cerises du feu et laissez tiédir quelques minutes.
Step 5
Dans une assiette étalez la ricotta. Ajoutez ensuite le quinoa, les tomates cerises rôties, le thon émietté et la roquette. Salez, poivrez et ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive. C'est prêt !
