Chicken breast

Step 1

Coupez le poulet en lamelles.

Step 2

Faites chauffer une poêle avec un filet d'huile d'olive. Ajoutez le poulet, salez, poivrez et faites cuire 5 minutes sur feu moyen jusqu'à ce que le poulet soit bien dorés.

Broccoli (fresh)

Step 3

Pendant ce temps, coupez les brocolis en sommités.

Débarrassez le poulet de la poêle et rajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive. Ajoutez les brocolis et 5cl d'eau par portion. Laissez cuire le tout 10 minutes à couvert.
