Poêlée champêtre

Step 1

Dans une casserole ou une poêle, ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive puis faites cuire les légumes 15 minutes à feu doux en remuant régulièrement. Salez et poivrez.

Andouille sausage (smoked)

Pendant ce temps, faites chauffer un filet d'huile d'olive dans une poêle puis faites revenir les saucisses 10 minutes à feu moyen. Retournez-les à mi-cuisson.
