Pinsa poulet barbecue

Step 1
PrĂ©chauffez le four Ă 200°C. Lavez puis coupez les poivrons en retirant le cĆur avec les pĂ©pins. Coupez-les en lamelles, puis en deux.

Ăpluchez puis Ă©mincez les oignons.

Effilochez le poulet* à l'aide d'une fourchette. *Consultez nos astuces pour cette étape.

Sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson, ajoutez la pinsa. Ătalez la sauce barbecue sur le dessus.

Step 5
Parsemez de la moitié de la mozzarella rùpée puis ajoutez le poulet, les oignons, les poivrons et le reste de la mozzarella rùpée. Enfournez 6 à 7 minutes à 200°C.
Step 6
Une fois le fromage fondu et bien dorĂ©, sortez la plaque du four. Servez la pinsa poulet barbecue dans une assiette avec une salade verte assaisonnĂ©e selon vos goĂ»ts. C'est prĂȘt !
