Step 1
Préchauffez le four à 180°C. Lavez les patates douces puis disposez-les sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson. Piquez-les à l'aide d'une fourchette. Enfournez 45 à 50 minutes, en les retournant à mi-cuisson.

Une fois les patates douces cuites à cœur, sortez-les du four. Coupez-les en deux dans le sens de la longueur.
Step 3
Garnissez les patates douces de chèvre frais, d'un filet de miel et des noix concassées. Poivrez puis enfournez à nouveau pour 5 minutes à 200°C.
Step 4
Une fois le fromage légèrement fondu, sortez les patates douces du four. Ajoutez le jambon de Bayonne déchiré en morceaux sur le dessus.
Step 5
Servez les patates douces rôties dans une assiette avec une salade verte assaisonnée selon vos goûts. C'est prêt !
